Dental Surgeries

Bank Chambers Dental Practice

11 Market Square, Buckingham MK18 1NS, UK – 01280 822210

Very efficient and friendly receptionists. Dentist did thorough check and clean without being asked. Excellent value for money. No attempt to bully us in to seeing a dental hygienist. Highly recommend this practice.

Great dentists, always late though!

Meadow Walk Dental Practice

1B Meadow Walk, Buckingham MK18 1RS, UK – 01280 812701

I've been a patient here for over 20 years. I can honestly say I have always found the practice to be highly professional and a friendly place to visit. Visits to the dentist are not one of my favourite pastimes 🤔, but here the experience is conducted with care and understanding. They always fully explain proceedures make you feel at ease. I can't reccomend them to highly. Andy, Buckingham.

Very friendly and helpful. Needed to get in to see a dentist as an out of area patient on holiday. I was expecting this to be difficult to arrange but this practice were so accommodating which I really appreciated.

Buckingham House Dental Practice

7 High St, Buckingham MK18 1NT, UK – 01280 821927

After 25+ years of not seeing a dentist due to being scared (like most) I decided to visit. Receptionist (Kerry) was very helpful and polite, as was the other lady who booked me in. My visit was to get the ball rolling and to look forward to healthier and nicer looking teeth...however as I suffer with chronic anxiety and OCD it was not the greatest visit - the female dentist made constant jokes about pain etc - even though I had told her about my condition. I have spent all night worrying and I have not slept, due to the work that needs doing and the jokey way the dentist was with me (and we wonder why people are scared) - I had to make small talk and reassure myself by being nice to her (even though she made me feel so bad). My anxiety / condition is asking me whether I get the work done at all. If I do go ahead I will ask to see a different, more thoughtful dentist! I did tell the receptionist on the way out about this, I said I assume it was banter but really, its not something people need!

I've always hated visiting the Dentist after some pretty horrific 70s/80s dental experiences; I was traumatised! (Think of the film "The Marathon Man" that's close!) However, Dentist Amajot and Nurse Jess (hope I got your names right, please correct me if I've messed up on that!) have been nothing short of amazing. Kind, gentle, encouraging and funny, they made a very unpleasant extraction sooo much easier with their humour and compassion. Aftercare has been great too, including gently berating me for being a smoker and offering help to quit (hmmmm) Thank you, Amarjot and Jess. I wish you could have been my dentist and nurse when I was a child. Marking you down a bit because you didn't give me a sticker...
